Our history: The Cary Elementary PTA was founded in the 1960s to serve the students, families and staff at our school. We’ve raised hundreds of thousands of dollars and distributed those funds back to teachers to support classroom programming. CES PTA’s flagship programs and events enrich our students' experiences with a deep sense of community.

- Launched a new Multilingual and International Families community
- Increased funding for Backpack Buddies to serve more students
- Funded $20K in Media Center Improvements
- Set a fundraising record (again!) with the Fun Run
- Secured two external grants to take some burden off our families
- Provided a CES t-shirt to all Kindergarteners so they feel like they belong
- Celebrated Book Stop’s 30th year
- Created a new online spirit wear store with expanded options
The PTA does that?
- Trunk or Treat: We love seeing our families in costume every year at this Fall PTA Community Event
- Teacher Appreciation Week: From catered meals to social outings, our teachers were treated to a week full of gratitude and celebration
- Talent & Art Show: This year we added the Art Show to support our visual artists alongside our performers!
